Veneto Tennis Club’s Doubles House Leagues offer players the opportunity to participate in structured match play across three seasons: Fall, Winter, and Spring. Designed for intermediate to advanced players, our leagues combine social enjoyment with strategic development.
League Structure Overview
All leagues operate in a round-robin format, with players assigned to courts or boxes based on weekly performance. At the end of each week, standings are updated — top performers move up, and lower scorers move down.

Monday Evenings: Ladies’ Doubles League
🕕 Time: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
🎾 Format: Round Robin Doubles (Individual rotation)
✅ Level: Minimum 3.5 rating (coach-assessed)
Weekly court assignments based on previous results
Top scorer moves up a court; lowest scorer moves down
Points accumulate throughout the session
Thursday Evenings: Men’s Doubles League
🕕 Time: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
🎾 Format: Round Robin Doubles (Individual rotation)
✅ Level: Minimum 3.5 rating (coach-assessed)
Competitive and consistent weekly play
Advancement and court rotations mirror ladies’ format
Saturday Afternoons: Mixed Doubles League
🕑 Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
🎾 Format: Mixed Doubles (Fixed partner, box format)
✅ Level: Minimum 3.0 rating (coach-assessed)
Players register in pairs and remain partners for the season
Box groupings: Courts 1–2, 3–4, 5–6
Teams play 3 mini-sets to 6 (no tiebreaker) each week
Top two teams move up; bottom two move down
Final standings determine seasonal champions

Registration opens before each session
Spots are limited – first come, first served
Participants must be rated by a coach (assessment may be required)
All players must be active Veneto Tennis Club members
Non-Prime Time Adult Members do not qualify
Minimum age 19
